ADS1118 Boost ported to MSP430FR5969

I've just completed my port of the ADS1118 Booster Pack demo code to the MSP430FR5969 Launchpad.

The port retains most of the original operation and intent of the demo..

It uses the DriverLib library instead of Grace. 

The project was built with CCS 6.0.1
