Is analogRead of IVR possible?

I am a newcomer to the MSP430G2553 and am using Energia 14 mostly on a Mac OS 10.10.2

For a solar project I would like to try next, the supply voltage Vcc to the MSP430 will vary with solar light level.  I would like to be able to take analogReads of the internal voltage reference (1.5V ) relative to whatever Vcc is at the moment, i.e. to get (1.5/Vcc)*1024 .    Can this be done in Energia ?
