MIDI to USB COM Circuit Layout

I am designing a board with goal of taking midi data in and sending it out using USB to COMM.  The reson for this being that I need to process the MIDI data and then send it to a program that only has serial in   The schematic and board are attached.  This is my first project using an MSP 430 that isn't in a launchpad.   I am planning on using either an MSP430F5504 or MSP430F5510 and as far as I can tell they are pin compatible (at least in the 48 pin package). The board passes the DRC check for OSHpark with the exception of the silkcreen overlapping the soldermask for a couple of parts but OSHpark specifically states that their fab trims any overlap.  This is also one of my first times routing a circuit board.  Any feedback on the circuit or my routing would be greatly appreciated.
