atx charger

Hello everyone am new to the forum and even a beginner msp430

I realized atx2charger of Bankfield (2012) but I can not make it work.

in the zip I found 2 .hex files do not know the difference but I tried with all .I appears the initial written ATX2CHARGER v1.0 by Bankfield flashing. both on the printed circuit on launchpad but the result is always the same.
Where am I wrong?
