Need Help with CC2500 and msp430G2553

Hi Guys, I have been trying to interface CC2500 with my G2 launchpad, i am unable to do so. As suggested i used the AIR430 BOOST library to run it but i can't get it to work. How can i check if  my CC2500 is working. I used the example program "wireless test" which comes with AIR430BOOST library.below is the pin configuration i am using

PIN 1.5(CLK)--> CC2500 PIN  3(SCLK)

PIN 1.7 (MISO)--> PIN 4

PIN 1.6 (MOSI)--> PIN 2

PIN 18(CSn) --> PIN 8

PIN 19(GDO)

PIN 1.1(GDO2)

VCC

GND

For interfacing i have referred CC110L booster pack.

How can i check if my trans-receivers are working?
