Fadding RGB led. Sudden full power blue flash

I have a RGB cycling smothly throug every color but sometimes, randomly the blue flashes to full power. But the other colors arent altered in any way besides the expected.

I had this problem before in wich it actualy froze for some time with only blue on and then go back to normal. Changed the msp430 wich was probaly burnt (the veroboard fell in some metal it's probaly why).

I am using a buck converter for regulation of 19V to 6.5V and a linear regulator for 3.3V

What can be doing this? it's seems hardware problem istead of software.

Could my linear regulator be burnt? i think it's a test one that i once used it in reverse (input was output and output was input). It's regulating 3.3V without tough. Is it possible that it there's not enough current? It's only powering the msp430 and of course when i use the voltimetre more current is used. I use his regulator, http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ua78m33.pdf

It says bias curren it's 4.5ma typical. besides the MSP430 operation, that it doesnt even matter taking that into accout, the transistors' bases take about 3ma all together

Or the buck making to much noise?

Could it be a problem with energia in the way it generates PWM and variates the duty? (Reason why i post in energia forum)
